Developed customer-centric positioning for RuralWifi targeting transparency, trust, and accessibility as alternatives to traditional internet providers. Led messaging and go-to-market strategy for the PlainSpeed product launch, deliberately avoiding speed-based claims in favour of simplicity and value clarity. Overseeing paid campaigns, landing page strategy, conversion optimisation, and operational documentation. Working directly with company leadership on strategic positioning, product communication, and customer acquisition.
End-to-end marketing and digital delivery for a UK career transition programme supporting professionals whose roles have been made redundant. Responsibilities spanned landing page copywriting and rewrites, email journey development, campaign creation, LinkedIn content and thought leadership, Elementor page builds, and design. Built and deployed a branded HTML application form connected to a Google Sheets backend. Conducted a 22-issue website audit and led structured copy rewrites applying Above the Fold conversion principles.
Developed and delivered a full startup implementation plan for a B2B healthcare podcast targeting US health system executives. Responsibilities included production strategy, episode editing and distribution, brand voice development, guest outreach system design, and social media content production for LinkedIn. Built the marketing and production infrastructure from scratch, covering platform setup, content workflows, episode promotion, and multi-platform distribution.
Oversaw integration and optimisation of project management tools across multiple teams. Managed third-party vendor partnerships, authored and implemented SOPs across business functions, and directed a comprehensive digital marketing strategy spanning SEO, SEM, and social media. Rebuilt the b-alism.com website from scratch after the original database was permanently lost. Content reconstructed from file backups and the Wayback Machine. The rebuild was executed using Claude as a development partner: full design system definition, HTML and CSS authored with AI tooling, deployed via Netlify with a custom domain. An example of AI-native delivery in practice.
Coordinated all social media management and channel optimisation for seven local artists from the Casablanca office. Designed and executed strategies across Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. Drove noticeable YouTube growth for a fast-growing music and entertainment channel. Conducted research on trending content across GCC, Egypt, and Morocco territories to inform acquisitions.
